McCord was first noticed in 2007 as the scheming Eden Lord on the FX television series Nip/Tuck and as the pampered Loren Wakefield in the MyNetworkTV Telenovela American Heiress. McCord is known for her role as a vamp, vixen or someone with a darker nature. McCord first came to prominence on FX's Nip/Tuck in 2007 when she portrayed the manipulative Eden Lord. Following this, McCord appeared on CW's 90210 TNT's Dallas Stalker and CBS FOX's Jerry Bruckheimer's pilot Lucifer. McCord is currently a character in ABC's Secret's and Lies. It was a huge achievement to watch her play an enthralled and delusional teenager woman in Excision. In the film, Excision McCord was awarded the award for Best Actress during The Malaga International Week of Fantastic Cinema in 2012. McCord received the Audience Award for her recent film 68 Kill at SXSW. Her performance was praised as fierce, powerful and strong. McCord's current role is as the lead actress in her role in the POPTV Comedy, Let's Go Physical. McCord is in the film alongside Jane Seymour (from Breaking Bad) as well as Matt Jones.
